YA... I did not happen to find myself at the comics store... was busy having no running water. Stupid homeownership... got the bill today. *mild heart attack* :( Tommy thinks Billy is insane?!?! Has he looked in the mirror lately? But then... Tommy seems to have gotten the short stick out of this whole business. Billy got the perfect parents, and the ego-boosting visit from Wanda (...I think I'm not confusing that...) cool superhero friends, and better looks (hee). Not sure what Tommy got, but I get the feeling it wasn't as good.
So I didn't get that book, but I did stumble on 50-cent comics at the local salvage outlet. I picked up Flash and Impulse Tear Down the House, an Avengers comic, a Scarlet Witch comic, and a pretty Dark Horse manga. :3
I hope you do manage to figure out how to do the virtues for Tommy/Jason... would be cool. But, you know I love the other couples, and I will love whatever you write, so do whatever moves you.

Heh. Give me time, I'll have you hanging around Scans_Daily and arguing things like 'Can Bats beat Supes' and 'Whose the bigger manslut, Dick, Roy, or Ollie?'. I shall bring you over to the dorkside! *evil laughter*
Tommy got his uncle's powers, most obviously, and Pietro's temper it seems. I'd be willing to wager he also has Pie's moral ambiguity (Wanda's always been more 'good', while Pie always seems more willing to follow Magneto.) Hopefully, for Billy, he also got Pietro's overprotective streak but that remains to be seen.
Oh, and weird looks. Green eyes and white hair. That's just weird.
Hmm...I know you'll love Flash and Impluse, because Impluse is the most adorable thing ever. (Yes. I said adorable. There is no other word) and I'm partile to anything Scarlet Witch or Avenger related so I approve muchly.
Dark Horse Comics are cool no matter how you cut it. :)

It's kind of fun! Kang was in the Avenger's and Pietro and Magneto were mentioned in the Scarlet Witch (I do remember them from the X-men cartoons... but they do not always follow, right?) Yes, I may be descending to the 'dorkside,' but I'm having a good time!^^
I'm currently rewatching The Hot. Maria did not see it yet. Btw... who would call their daughter 'monkeypuss?' Seriously. Oh, and, I've been told I have balls, and don't really need the honorary man cards that come with that 'compliment,' sooo, you may have them, just in case. ^_^

Magneto is crazy, but he did survive a concentratiion camp, seeing his entire family murdered, watching his oldest daughter die, and his wife flaking out when he used his powers to protect her. He's allowed to be crazy. People keep pissing him off.
Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are twins but, like Tommy, Pietro got the short end of the stick in the powers department.
Magneto is *the* master of magnetism. Scarlet Witch can warp reality and, at one point, created an entirely new world and yet that isn't even her most impressive feat. Quicksilver is fast, but not really fast. He can do coast to coast in an hour, Flash can do it near instantly.
AND Magneto will *always* sell his kids out for his cause. Sad, but always true.
I miss Impluse, ADD poster child that he so obviously was. In fact when I was originally a fan it was of Impulse, Superboy, and Robin in Young Justice. It was the most...dorky, lighthearted, and amusing comic ever. I'd say you should read it but you might get emotionally invested and then go on to Teen Titans and get your heart crushed by the angst.
Yay, mancards. I'm sure I'll have lost them by Friday (If the comics don't do it, the Hot will.) I hope Maria enjoys, the Hot was very nice this week. Warm fuzzies all around.

Also, I love Sam's greyhound shirt. Did you notice? Dark blue with a purple greyhound on it. Maria said she would buy me one. ^^ (this is mostly appeasement. Neither of us will remember until the rerun).
I recall liking Pietro in the toon... he always seemed like maybe he could be good, or wanted to be good, on some level... and he wasn't eating flies or anything. And the looks... odd, but in an interesting way. I still think Billy is cuter than Tommy, though. *pets him* Might be facial expressions, though.
Oh, damn... thank God I'm not a man, or I'd need those cards back. The boy just asked Dean if he'd do anything for his little brother, and Sam's face... I squeeed aloud, all over again.^_^
I like when they call Impulse Imp. Such a good nickname for him!
