Thank you! I've been wanting to see Watanuki confessing the lost memory problem to Doumeki, and I don't think CLAMP is going to show it. I worried that Doumeki wandered into melodrama at the end... glad you didn't think it was too over the top.

I've been wondering how much Doumeki knows about Watanuki's memory loss; and also thinking about how tightly identity is tied to memory, and how that might relate to disappearing.

And *we* know from TRC why Watanuki's lost his memories and that it's unlikely that the process will continue -- but he doesn't, ne?

I worried that Doumeki was over the top at the end -- I'm glad you didn't think it was out of character. Thanks for commenting!

doumeki might not know, but he can suspect... and i'd like to believe that he can notice every little change in watanuki - especially something like forgetting a lot of things.
