I don't know, it's easy to see him as an extremely handsome young man (at least to me) because he's quite the handsome older man, now (can you tell? I have the biggest crush *snerk*). Plus, I've seen pictures of his dad in his younger years, and he's pretty good looking :D

As for this fic, though, this isn't the day Karen gets possessed, it's some unspecified time before that.
