I've not been following it, actually--I've not had the time to read the article. I did glance through the discussion briefly, and one comment stood out. It seemed applicable to a number of situations, so I chose to save it for future reference. So alas, no opinion at the moment :)

As an aside--I would appreciate it if people signed their [name/handle/appropriate equivalent] when leaving comments in my journal, so that I know who I'm talking to (if only nominally :)
