I just got home... and Life Is Good. I remembered how to dance! Fear me! Scary what you can do when the red bull compels you and you're not shackled by having to mind someone's handbag/coat/jumper/pile of crap/etc... I'm horribly tempted to start scoping out the local rave scene again; then again, it's no fun solo. One of these days I'll get around

Honestly, the reason I suggested pool was to see if you were back to the dilph I used to know, because he used to be a huge walking grin that people couldn't help but like and get to know. Simply being yourself dude, and going out and just having fun, you'll make a new set of friends :). Take that from someone who had just that happen :)

I was tempted, but the pool table had been converted into the DJs' table... and yeah, I know the one. My problem is that I need a wingman in order to be comfortable to socialise; if I'm entirely solo, I get way too selfconscious and awkward and secondguess myself into oblivion. Not the best way to be; but I'm cultivating a nice crew of droogs to fill that gap, and once you get a little momentum in these things, the battle is all but won.

yes its in skygarden and nah skygarden's the building next door to me. but I don't think it would make that much of a difference seeing as I spend most of the time on top of my building where there are no shops.
The Antons in skygarden is really tiny though - so while you can easily spend a lot, you run out of choice pretty quickly
