Ok, time to be my strange and scary self again.

One wonders how Corinth in its post-apocalyptic state could afford to put up Christmas celebrations... Or why there hasn't been snow. Has environmental degradation left it thus? Where did all the resources come from?

In post-apocalyptic situations, I think people would latch on to what ever bit of happiness they could. And if they have the supplies to rebuild everytime there's a Zord fight, then I think they can spare a little for decorations. According to the very vague map they show in the opening credits, I think corinth is a little to far south for snow. And besides, I think that since that outside is basically a desert, it wouldn't snow anyways so it would have to be done artifically.
