Another tut from me. Made with Photoshop CS2, uses Selective Color, Curves, Channel Mixer, Fill Layers. Includes psd file =)

It doesn't look good on every picture, but I think the result is really sweet =)
1. Crop your base and make new Curves layer :
Dot 1: I: 136 , O: 182
Dot 2: I: 60 , O: 99
2. New Channel Mixer Layer:
Red:
+150 ; -60 ; 0 ; 0
Green:
0 ; +100 ; 0 ; 0
Blue:
-69 ; +73 ; +140 ; 0
3. New Selective Color Layer:
Reds:
-100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
Yellows:
+100 ; +16 ; -26 ; 0
Whites:
+100 ; -28 ; +91 ; +29
Neutrals:
+14 ; -4 ; +7 ; 0
4. New Color Fill Layer with #240707, Exclusion , 100%
5. Again Color Fill Layer with #3e0000, Soft Light, 30 %
6. New Selective Color Layer:
Reds:
-50 ; -29 ; -25 ; +38
Yellows:
+25 ; +26 ; +24 ; -24
Neutrals:
0 ; 0 ; +10 ; -8
And set the Opacity to 40%
7. Now duplicate your base, set it to the top on Luminosity mode, Opacity 100%
8. New Color Fill Layer and fill it with #1c1c1c, set the layer to Exclusion, Opacity 80%
9. New Color Fill Layer with #1c1c1c, set it to Difference, Opacity 30%
10. Set this
texture on Screen, Opacity 100%
11. Now put text if you want =) I wrote 'blair' with 'winterland' , Opacity 50%
