[Health] Pedometer

Obtained a pedometer yesterday, to start tracking how much walking I'm doing.

Today I walked 6.55 miles in 17297 steps, from noon onwards at least. That burned 1036 Calories, and is well above the recommended 10000 steps a day recommended for solid health.

Curious if that was a one time deal, or if that's what my days generally look like. I'll reset the thing and repeat for the next week or so.
