[Fiddle] Thursday Sessions
Started going to the Thursday jam sessions at CT tonight... it was a great experience. Coming back after three hours of playing with other musicians, learned a few new tunes, got to practise at various tempos, and see other's creative embellishments. I wasn't the least inexperienced there, (or anywhere close to the most), the atmosphere was very welcoming. There were drummers, and singers, guitarists, mandolins, fiddles(of course), and some instruments I didn't recognize. The energy of the group was amazing; I'm coming out charged, encouraged, and connected.
