This year is now 23 hours old and I can only hope that they serve as some indication of what I can expect for the remaining majority. That may seem like a stretch, even to me, but it would just go to show that you need to close your eyes and see a little harder. I just got back from a movie date with Michelle and things seem the way that they ought to. We saw Finding Neverland, and I couldn't possibly say enough about it. Johnny Depp was amazing (as he never fails to be), and the four British kids knocked me right out of my moccasins.
"You find a glimmer of happiness in this world, there's always someone who wants to destroy it."
Seriously though, by the end of this movie every lady in the theatre was sniffing and my throat tightened up on a few occasions. And yet, I couldn't stop smiling through out the entire thing. Aahhhh... go see this movie.
In two hours I'll be picking up Ryan from the airport, and thirty hours later I'll be getting up for my first day of classes. This is going be such a rough quarter but once I'm through it, the worst will be over.
