God Damn I hate Verizon.
I'm moving out my Townhouse. I have been doing laundry there so I get there and there is a verizon notice that service has been installed at my location.
I'm thinking positive maybe someone knows they are going to rent it and was being proactive. Contact Agent no movement.
Ok lets call verizon.
10 minutes going through thier stupid prompts, 10 minutes with a Rep on the line. Explian the situation, they try to get me to the repair group.
Get me to the Repair group just to be told your in the wrong cue, and he dropped me back to the main cue to start all over. 20 minuets of my life wasted. It was almost 5pm so i just hung up.
This morning I call again, go through all the stupid cues and another 16 minutes of my life just so they can tell me they will repair my phone on Friday? WTF. So I go to lunch, Come back call again. 0 0 0 0 Live person,
Yes we will repair your line Friday, that is unaccaptable manger please.
Manager is on the line, explain situation. Moving, New install at my address, get it off my prem, yes sir we will get someone out right away sir.
Why do people have to get upset to get anything done, that sucks,
Why do I have to waste about an hour of my time fixing thier mistake.
Verizon, Class action lawsuit, call me,
Is there another FIOS that isn't verizon based. It seems to be my only option where I am moving too. (I think I just need to go work for them or make friends with someone that works with them) Social networking and all.
