taking the time
Well I'm 85% moved out of my house.
We have the first person comming to look at the house tomorrow.
I hope it goes well. i could really use some good luck right about now.
The house we put a bid on was out bidded.
We did 165 - closing - repair. The other bid was 165, Plus 25%. Lol
Put us in our place didn't they. LOL
Not sure what that is all about but whatever.
We will be back in the hunt for another house soon.
We actually re placed a bid on a house in the middle of a remodel before it was repoed.
That would be a nice pick up 140 -6 -6 to 128. They are asking 159.
About 30 grand less then the asking price. ;)
anywho. That last offere was pretty high and I really thought we would get it, but that is the way the cookie crumbles. My wife doesn't seem to be too upset about it either.
Maybe we can get a place that was more move in able.
work is crazy and hectic but not as much as home life will be.
As of july 1st my family and I become Nomads moving from place to place.
Should be fun. (I hope)
