Baaaad Caffine!
Today I did without coffee. OW! I had a cup of Earl Grey to tide me over at lunchtime... about six I started to notice a bit of a headache. Now at ten it's a full on head, neck and eye ache. eeeeeevil caffine! I can't have caffine this late so I took some Ibuprophine. Can't wait till the morning! I can have coffee then! I've been considering quiting coffie and caffine in general... Not till after my trip to Colorado next week. OOOWWWW!
