I stretched, I ran, I alternated 30 on/45 off, giving myself slack when necessary.
I went a mile, but could have gone more. I'm thinking that tonight I'm going to not run, give myself some time to let my fatass out-of-shape body recouperate, and then go again tomorrow. And that'll be the same thing, no surprises, no deviations, just a good mile.
Listening to my body, I know that I need to drink more water. Ears popping when I get back is really not a good sign, and so I'll be making a point to drink more in the future.
