not sure what an average lj user is, but i get my kicks on LJ 66. i use it to post frustrations, ask advice, say happy things. i mean...basically the same, i thought, as everyone else :o )

1. We go way back. Further back than, I think, any other LJ friend.
2. Pooka. And Dragon Crest. I mean, hey, this is memory lane here, but I still tell the story about my Corax character flying your pooka up to the spaceship to use a magic sword to destroy that spacefleet. Kiddie gaming as it was, it's retroactively neat.
3. I don't know who you are anymore, but one thing I liked about you was the fact that you never talked down to me like I was a stupid kid, even when I was.
4. I have a very distinct memory of me giving you a lift to DC once, and just as we crested a hill, you said to me that you felt safe with me driving. That meant a lot to me at the time, and apparently stuck for ten years.
5. High School Qoon was... I'm thinking of Isaac Mendez from Heroes, if he were a speed junkie instead of heroin.
