Got really sick again Thursday night with a nice 102 degree temperature.  Woke up Friday to a temp of almost 103.  Being it was the first day of the month and I had passed on several job failures during the night I thought I should work.  After 10 minutes of debating with myself in front of the bathroom mirror I decided to go downstairs and log

Seriously, though, I am glad you like it. It was a nice card. I am busy trying this one out I got from my Dad. I think it's gonna be okay. You found the drivers and all, then, I am assuming?

Yep, drivers, software, everything out there on the site. Even got the recorder working good. Just wish I could get comedy central to come in without the static. :( Oh well. Get the SciFi channel crystal clear though!

Run a double out from the cable box upstairs. It won't decode digital channels that you pay for, only basic cable. If you do split it off from the box, though, you'll have to change the channel upstairs and then it will show up on the card downstairs, but it will be clear. We have one stream coming down for PPV movies and such, but for everyday use I just watch the basic stream if I need to.

That's the problem. I don't have cable except for cable internet. I suppose I could actually PAY for it, but I think I'll just live with it the way it is.

As for my day, pretty damn good. Hope yours and your's are having a good one too.
