OH! Hi! So you haven't fallen off the face of the earth (i.e. haven't seen you in Sherman)! My dad was an aircraft radar technician in the Air Force, so I've heard the stories. Hope you're enjoying it!
yeah...i am, but i'm still in training. I have to go through a six month computer, cryptology, and networking course. So i've been in Mississippi since July!
Good! "Cryptology" sounds like it would be interesting! Mississippi is a pretty cool place when it's not being hit by hurricanes. I went to Biloxi in July- before it got wiped out by Katrina. Bet you're missing Texas! When will you be able to go home for a visit?
yeah...i'm getting a "top secret" security clearance for it. and yeah hurricanes aren't cool. i've been at Keesler AFB in Biloxi since early July and was one of 400 students to stay behind and clean the base after Katrina. The first time i'll get to come home is Dec. 22 for christmas, i get two weeks off then =)
Oooo, top secret... we could have visited you when we went to Biloxi on family vacation! Clean up sounds awful! December is only 2 months away! (tried to add you to friends list, but it kept giving me an "error" message)...I think this is the most I've EVER talked to you! :)
long story short...Clean up was somewhat fun...we got treated like permanent party and not like students (which is really good), i got to meet donald rumsfield =), and we all got really, really good at raking. you may be getting an error message cause there is a hidden "_" between the words. And i can't wait until dec. i haven't seen home since late May!
That sounds cool! So that was your picture that Dillon edited? Raking is always a handy thing to be good at- especially this time of year. I will try again with the "_". I'm sure you're ready to go home! Hope the time passes quickly for ya!
Yes that was my picture dillon so masterfully defaced XD. and yeah...i'm am sooo ready to get home for a little while. i'll get to see family and friends... go back to West Sherman!...and get my car back! Not having your own car is hard...i never realized it until i was without one
