Somehow it came up in conversation that someone had ridden in a cab where the driver appeared to be obese enough from the waist down that he was stuck in the cab. This is the perfect set up for a really bad horror movie. The other necessary component is that the cab is outfitted with all kinds of murderous and diabolical torture devices controlled from the driver's seat.
