На форуме англоязычных жителей одной страны я увидел такое сообщение:

This advice works for everything . Get a face to talk to, and just keep going on and on and on until you get somewhere. That’s what natives do. Customer Service does not exist here, we all know that, and the way the locals operate is just to keep hassling and pressuring until something gets done. Whenever I get to the point of exasperation with „services“, which is often, and have to get the wife to take over - all she does is become superbitch until the problem is fixed.»
