Last week my family had been planning a big family dinner for Sunday. They told me on Thursday and said "you should bring Lauren!"
So I told Lauren about it and we decided to go. I told mom on Saturday "Oh Lauren will be at dinner tomorrow." Mom laughed because they'd forgotten to tell me that dinner had been canceled and probably would have forgotten to tell us had I not brought it up. Yay for being the youngest.
Anyhow She said "Well you could could still come over for dinner... I mean no one else will be here and Dad and I will be re-arranging furniture... But you know we could sit around and look at each other... and Dad and I could say 'So. What are your intentions with my daughter?'"
I was telling Lauren about this whole conversation later and she said "Tell your mom my intentions are to get you pregnant. And I'm going to just keep trying until I do."
