R.I.P.
Shawn Dove died this morning at 11:15 am. His brain function went almost completely flat so they decided to let him go. His Dad was in the room with him and his Mom and brother were in the family waiting when they took him off the machine.
He's adopted, they brought him home on Christmas. When he was nine he had his first seizure on Easter morning, and now he died on that same day.
I hurt for my brother, this is the third person in the past 2 years that he's lost that he's been close to or still was close to at the time of their death.
Even though I hadn't seen Shawn in a long time I spent 9 years with him growing up. We were on a bowling team together with Matt Jay and another kid :-) The Flying Squirrels. I'm going to miss him :-(
