party time
Tonight's Sam's birthday party at the inflatable jumpy place. I'm looking forward to that part: unlimited use of 12 jumpies and an indoor mini golf course. This place has a little section off to the side for parties with a big royal throne for the birthday kid. I love that part! Otherwise, it's a large warehouse type room with *tons* of white noise and kid noise, both things that can set me off when I'm tired. But theonly time we
could book this party was 7 to 9 pm. I hope kids come to it---no one has RSVPed at all! A few kids said they were coming, but they're
only 8 or 9 and not exactly calling the shots at home, yk? I only worry (1) because it's kind of far away (45 min drive--it's near my parents' house) and (2) it's hard for Sam to make friends.
I just made 2 dozen brownie "stars". I found these little star-shaped foil pans to bake individual brownies. They turned out cute!
