These aren't very super radical AUs but...
My biggest AU concept that I love to my dying day is Sirius!Lives. 18+ Sirius/Harry. Draco finding out and then him being jealous. Harry being confused b/c he wants Sirius but also has a thing for Draco and it ended up being an HEA of Sirius/Draco/Harry.
My second FAV. AU is Harry/Draco/Neville. Then Charlie being thrown in the picture and Neville/Charlie end game but no one getting their feelings hurt (which, of course, I have written, but I wanna read more of it!)
