"Sweetheart…" Teddy's voice was gentle, Scorpius sort of loved and hated it at the same time.
"I'm so stupid," he said, burying his face in James's neck. "I don't want to be like this."
"You are not stupid," James said, rubbing small circles on Scorpius's back. "I'm sorry we didn't talk to you about it."
"You have to know we love you," Teddy said softly. "I love you. We're together. When you're alone with James… or if you're alone with me…"
James' body seemed to vibrate against Scorpius then. "Fuck…" he whispered.
"Now, let's not things bloom out of proportion, dear," Teddy said softly.
"What?" Scorpius asked, looking up at James, and feeling just so small.
"James loves the idea of us getting together behind his back," Teddy said rolling his eyes. "Not the point right now."
"Wait? You don't get jealous?" asked Scorpius.
"Of course he does, but in a more superficial way. He wants us to make him jealous so he can fuck his jealousy out on one of us." Teddy shook his head as if it was absolutely ridiculous.
"That'd be all right." Scorpius found himself talking without realising the words. And then he added, "I would love a jealous fuck… shit." He felt his face redden. He was saying this. Scorpius Malfoy: mild-mannered. Appropriate at all times and places.
"What?" both Teddy and James said concurrently. Both equally intrigued and confused.
"Yeah. You could make me jealous; then beg for my forgiveness. I mean, that'd mean I get to fuck one of you right? Or maybe suck my cock…" Scorpius laughed at the thought. He loved how he could share this bizarre idea with his men… his men and not feel totally foolish about it.
"My, how the tables have turned," said James, pulling him close.
