Harry walked up to Malfoy at the Ministry cafeteria and hovered over him until Malfoy stood up.
Then Harry kissed him.
Now Harry did it all in one go. Showed Malfoy that he fancied him; that he thought about kissing him. And in turn, if Malfoy liked it, he'd ask Harry out.
