Ginny raised her shot glass at the girl across the room and nodded. They both did a shot at the same time.
"Blimey, girl…" Thimba said sounding amused. "You've got the moves, don't you?"
Ginny threw her head back and laughed. "Bit of a dry spell, remember." She smiled at Thimba and ordered two more drinks and a bottle of water. "For luck." She handed one shot to her friend and they chased it down with water.
"I should probably stop for now," Ginny said, "need to be making sense as yellow blouse is walking over here."
Thimba got up from her chair and patted Ginny's shoulder. "I'll let you have the floor and before you ask, no, I am not interested in a threesome."
"Thank Merlin for that. It would be quite the awkward morning."
As Thimba walked away yellow blouse came to sit by Ginny, she smiled.
"You're Ginny Weasley, right?" the girl said with a high pitched voice, it almost made Ginny's eardrums ring.
"So it says on my Quidditch uniform."
The girl laughed so loud, the entire bar turned to look. Thankfully, at Ginny's cringe, she toned it down. "Sorry, I'm a bit nervous. I have like the hugest crush on you. I think you're brilliant!"
"Thanks," Ginny said softly. She needed to not be a total wanker to her fans.
"I'm Olivia." She offered her hand to Ginny and Ginny shook it.
"It's nice to meet you. Can I buy you a drink?"
"No thanks," Olivia said and leaned in close to Ginny. "I want to be sober when I ask you to come home with me tonight."
Oh, it was already gonna be like that, was it? Should Ginny have followed Thimba's lead and find someone to have fun with for the week? Probably not, but she also wasn't exactly in the right frame of mind to make the appropriate decision.
"I'll do you better," said Ginny. "Do you live alone?"
Olivia nodded. "Yes. I've got a small flat just above-"
"That's great," Ginny said. "Let's go to your place and fuck for a week."
She should have known better because in lesbian terms, that was practically being married.
