I've been seeing people say about photobucket for a few days now but *touch wood* mine seems unaffected? Is there a pattern to it at all?

Butting in but it was about a week from when I first heard about it to when my pics broke. My albums are private and I can still access them but I know some people have said they can't even do that. I think the first people who noticed were those who use it for say Ebay. Public and probably "heavy" users as well.

The only membership option that allows third party linking is the $400 one. TBH I think they're insane.

I have two accounts, and only one of them was affected initially. I created the other one ages ago and hardly ever logged in, so idk but maybe that's a factor.

And I woke up to an email saying my account has been disabled until I upgrade it. Seems like a Bloody Mary situation. If you say photobucket three times into a mirror, your account gets yanked.

I guess I'll actually have to use all that LJ scrapbook space that I'm already paying for...
