Since I already posted my audiobook list for Jan and my Jan writing masterlist, it's given me a day and half free from all writing obligations. The best thing about this is also that my "cooling station" for my laptop came in the mail yesterday. Some of you might remember how my computer gets overheated and shut off in the middle of an art project and I lost everything.
OMG, I've already started TWO art projects for
ron_draco_fest and
dracotops_harry . I'm so excited and really happy with my first rough draft. I've really missed doing art the past few weeks as I did barely any in December and all of January b/c my computer sucked sucked sucked.
I almost bought a brand new design laptop over the weekend b/c I was itching to do art - but now let's see how long the cooling station lasts. (And the guy at the shop was kind of an asshole and was making really stupid analogies comparing a Harvard student to a College drop out when it came to the processor in a PC and I was like - wow, you're a douche - calm yourself, you're a sales clerk).
