"Himachal" ==> as in Himachal Pradesh is a state in the northeastern part of India. It borders the state that my family is originally from. Anyway, on to Quidditch...

Article: "A Photographer Took Pictures Of Himachal Kids Playing Quidditch And They’re Truly Magical"

Anshu Agarwal, a 25-year-old freelance photographer, a Potter fanatic, and a teacher in an NGO working in the village released the series of photos on his page Anshoots Photography and the photos are as magical as possible.

“As an exercise to teach the children English I show them Harry Potter movies on Sundays. They are smitten by them too and once expressed how they wished to be witches and wizards themselves. Since I was already into Levitation Photography, I thought of making an effort to materialise their fantasy”.

Anshu’s photography and Photoshop skills left the children in wide-eyed wonder as they couldn’t believe the results.

Anshu also added, “To me photography is a bridge between my perception of the world around me and what it actually is. While I’m behind my camera I feel a dire need to take control over the subject and the surroundings. Perhaps that explains why I am mostly keen in creating something larger-than-life”.
