I really like the dynamic you built here. Al would be the mischievous one. Scorp seems to have the maturity and James is oblivious as his father.

at first i wasn't to sure because not so much into next gen- but then again i am to noisy to not read it
and well you wrote it so good, and i so couldn't stop reading it
and i adore al and him being mischievous - i liked that he made harry ask draco out too XD
also its really awesome how you made james miss, that his brother and scorp are grown ups now (like with the use of magic or when he tried to baby al its so cute)
and the dramatics between james and scorp soo awesome!
with a happy end (and i for one totally see them in the future with their own restaurant XD)

I loved the way James was so protective of Al, I found it so sweet and even funny, and then I realised what had happened to him, so sad. No wonder he hated himself a bit, he had all those reservations about the other guys hanging around Al. Why he didn't see it was about him.

I loved Scorpius told him, I loved he told Scorpius what had happened. I think they could be great together. They are, Spcorpius would never hurt James, and I think James just needs to realise that, people out there, they are worth trusting, if he dares. Lovely. <3
