as for the tutorial: there are some floating around lj, none of which follow the exact same steps as I do, but are similar.. I saved some somewhere. if you want, I can look for them ;)

before you go looking for tutorials, what program do you use to work your crazy pixie spy magic?

I use virtualdub (freeware) for cutting the videos & making screenshots and Photoshop/Imageready (CS2) for editing the pics/making the animation..
