Character: Takaishi Takeru
Character Information: Along with Hikari, Takeru's been the youngest digidestined back in 01. Through that series, he cried a lot and clung to his brother even more - Yamato has, in fact, been separated from him by their parents' divorce and the summer they ended becoming so much more than simple kids, they had initially just meant to spend the summer camp together. And although from then on Takeru had gained confidence and learned to live based on his crest (hope), he has always maintained a good relationship with his brother, and always kept on looking up at him.
Personality-wise, Takeru is calm and composed in appearance, he's pleasant and easy to get along with. Your local 'prince' type character, blonde, blue-eyed, with a rock-star brother, good grades and lots of girls swooning after him.
I have played Takeru before for a long time (still am, Amber knows this xD), but I don't think I'll sink back to that version of him. I'd love for this Takeru to be more confident, refined and more mysterious, hiding behind his smile and opening only to hose closest to him (Hikari, Iori). If I calculated right, he should be 14 years old, going fifteen (correct me if I'm wrong?) and he might want to be growing up to follow his brother's example, he deems himself and Yamato close and on the same level, even when Yamato probably wouldn't agree. XD
(I hope this is okay? I didn't have any examples to follow~ if you want me to write something else, tell me~ ^^)
First Person Sample: Most of my classmates get depressed when autumn comes about. Some say it's because summer's gone, and because the tests come looming right over the horizon, but in all honesty, I don't see this huge negativity in it. It's nature, really - in its own way telling us that the year is going to round pretty soon, so if we're still off with our New Years' Resolve unchecked, we should hurry up while we're still ahead. I think it's fair play. ^^ And the colors are nice. Not to mention it'll be my birthday soon. ^^
One of the things I still haven't checked on my Resolve, is turning fifteen with a flourish. ^^ I can't wait~ I had Yamato promise, I could try some drinks... not get drunk, obviously, just try. I wouldn't wanna do something strange on the brink of turning fifteen, I just want to see what the big deal is. I wonder if I can get Yamato to sing? I hope he's gonna have concerts in November. It'd be cool if I could celebrate at a venue. I'll ask Hikari what she thinks of it, maybe we can get Taichi to help us convince Yamato that we're NOT too young to be there...

[continuing cuz it aid my post was too long lol]
Third Person Sample: Another day gone on perfectly, he though to himself. It was so easy, he didn't understand how people like Daisuke could get into so much trouble, so fast. To him, it was harder showing how he felt inside. To just say when he thought somebody was being an ass, or that he thought they seriously didn't stand a chance and to just stop trying to woo him. But he supposed he had a reputation to keep up with, while Dai... didn't really. But ultimately, whose fault was that?
Furthermore, why was he feeling so restless? And why was he constantly thinking these things lately? It made him feel aloof. Something he wasn't really used to being. But then again, he also wasn't used to fighting with Yamato. Oh yes, bullseye. He was so busy trying to NOT think abut THAT, and yet it constantly kept creeping back. So what if Yamato thought he wasn't old enough to go to his concert in Kyoto, take the bus there and then come back, without a backstage pass. He was nearly fifteen! All of his friends did it- and he WAS smart enough not to get mixed into a moshpit, one would think saving the world kinda gave you some credit--
"Takeru-kun?"
He turned, smile in place and raving thoughts webbed in a flash. "Hikari-chan~" he smiled, "Classes finished?" He let her board the bus he had been waiting for before him, gentlemanly as always. He'd figure something out. He had a whole ride back home to do it. He'd prove Yamato he was capable of arranging this without always having to depend on him for everything.
"Hikari-chan," he called her, folding into a seat beside her, "Would you like to come to a concert with me?"
