Story Summary: A year in Russia may seem like a long time, but with a loyal Digimon partner, good friends and a little romance, time flies.

How are things going?: Slow right now, but that's only because I wanted to finish up another fic before I started on this. I'm a fast writer when I get going, so I'm confident that I'll catch up quickly.

Blinking a moment later as the light faded, she saw that the computer was still intact and seemingly working fine. “Weird…” she muttered, deciding that Sasha could deal with the machine better than her. As she got up, she accidentally kicked something under the desk. Certain that there hadn’t been anything on the floor when she sat down, Sonya bent down and groped around under the desk until she located whatever it was she had kicked.
“What is this thing?” The small grey object was odd, and she wondered if it was some kind of toy. It was about the size of her palm and looked like almost miniature cross, except that it had a small screen in the centre and several buttons on it. It didn’t seem like something her aunt or uncle might own, so why was it under the desk? Shrugging and deciding she would look at it later, Sonya stuffed it in her pocket and went to tell Sasha that he could use the computer.
Additional Comments: I'm learning some interesting stuff about early-2000's Russia as I do research for this fic, which I think is kinda cool.
