Finally, proof that I wasn't going insane. Way back when, I remember this show. In fact, the first time I definitively remember seeing it, it was being billed as a new series. Despite that, I got a huge sense of deja vu. It turns out that I wasn't going crazy, and that I had seen or caught parts of the first series, and was watching the second series for the first time.
Phew. One of my fucked up childhood mysteries solved.
