sleep deprivation

Ok, so it isn't that bad, but I was curious how many hours of sleep everyone gets on an average day. I try to get eight, but it normally works out to something more like 7.5. I can get by on far less, but I find that if I am active (when am I not?), if I don't get enough sleep my body never has time to really recover, which is not so good. I am currently trying to keep a training log, or at least a record of my daily vitals like weight, RHR (resting heart rate) and hours of sleep, which I guess is what started this all off. I already warned Nicole that once I get a heart rate monitor I am going to wear it to sleep occasionally to get an accurate snapshot of my RHR. Come on, who wouldn't want to cuddle a HRM strap?
