Woo-hoo

So things have been awesome. I really must be manic or something... because the highs are WAY UP THERE and the lows suck... and i shop a lot... and make out too. Sue me. Maybe its just college.

Anyway... Friday i just hung around and chilled after my work party. That was a good thing. I drank a lil too much on an empty stomach to be social. I woke up on Saturday, went to the gym, picked up kristin and took off for the shore. It was FABULOUS.

We got down around 5 and my parents took us out to dinner. It was such a good meal that im still content from having it. I love their broccoli rabe and cappelini. Yummers. We had a bunch of good laughs and got all psyched for LA.

I also found out that Jeanie is 100% in for the drive cross-country. I am still slightly bitter towards Kristin... but it will go away in time. It all worked out for the best... and the way i see it, it'll be an experience I never will forget... and Jeanie is an awesome person to experience it with. She will be booking her ticket in the near future.

Jeanie and Anthony came down on Saturday night too... but they took a little longer than they had anticipated to get moving. After all the food we ate and red wine we drank, Kristin and I had to go do something or we would have fallen asleep. We were going to go to the anchorage to have a few beers, but upon investigation it was closed. We ended up @ Bubba Mac's on Bay Day... which apparently is a giant excuse to shut down a street and drink in it. People that were there had been drinking since like... 8am. It was sheer genious. Kristin and I felt a little behind, so we did shots with every beer we drank to catch up. It worked. It was especially nice cuz it was one of those inside/outside bars where the air moves around well... and the music was live jam bands playing familliar songs... not rap... which is all i hear out anymore. You would have to see it to believe it, but there were literally thousands of people there. It was surreal... this nice family restaurant had the tables completly removed... and stages erected in their place with like 4 different bands throughout the giant landscape of the place... all jam bands... all playing chill music... and people were EVERYWHERE!!! It was so fun. I also met a guy... Justin... an air-force GI from Mississippi... or ippississim as anthony likes to say. He just got done a rugby tournament and came over after that. He was cute. We made out. He called me afterwards. I saved him into my phone as "GI Justin". We left around 11 when jeanie and anthony told us they were down, and the drinking continued. They even got me a board game called "pass out". The game has no end... or point. you just have to say these rhymes every now and then... and if you fuck them up, you drink then try again. Lets just say the game worked.

Went out to brunch, watched the 76ers choke like a child on an M&M then came home. Megs came down last night and we did some crocadile hunting... with peanut butter... mmm... lucky mice. It was always a pleasure seeing her. Love that girl! We went to Richs' place to watch the family guy premier which was an occasion in and of itself... and that rocked. Ordered some take out... then assed out.

Saw Josh today... awkwardness = 0 <-- goose egg. ZERO. I walked on and he waved to me before i even made it back there. I made him move his backpack so i could sit directly next to him... and then we talked the whole way over... and he got my number and we're supposed to go to first friday. He has never been. I hope its a good one. Yeep... so thats the dilly. Overall... color me crazy... or pink... or happy... or blushing. Now i have epidemiology. That should calm me down. Cheers!
