Why do I still breathe?

yesterday was the worst day of my life.... was involved in an auto accident, and it looks like it will be my fault. I injured someone in the accident. they were taken to a hospital and released. They are ok.. but I am not.. I have a few bruisess, certainly my nerves are shot to hell... thoughts of not driving again race thru my mind. I am not in this world to hurt people.

If life ever came with a rewind button yesterday I would have certainly used it.

I need a good cry, I something/someone to say its ok... I need to cease living.
