Sometimes you doubt yourself. You do bad on a test, you do worse on a hw assignment, you realize you have no idea what's going on in class. You realize you're wasting time, you're lazy, and that you're incredibly behind.
Then you stay up late, and put on your glasses, notice your lenses have some chromatic aberration and realize that you know exactly why they're doing that, and that you're a still a nerd.
It's a good feeling.
And then you go to bed.
