As Much as I hate Hayden Christensen, Jumper was an awesome movie.
So what's up LJ people? My life isn't that exciting, so I never update. The most exciting thing that happened to me today was when we got a catalog in for the Aveda Autumn/Winter hair collections. They have a cut called "the Morissey" and about three weeks ago I was telling Christine ( the chick that cuts my hair ) that I wanted my hair cut like Morissey's. We were like, weeeeeird.
That, and I got my guitar and bass out of hock. Actually my brother did. He's putting a lot of financial backing into me right now to try and get a music project off the ground. Sort of stomach-wrenching. I don't want to let him down, but I don't know what I have left in the tank. I do know that I really need to start writing songs, because i've lost my ability to talk to girls. If I sit down and think really hard about it, I probably haven't met a new girl outside of work or soccer in YEARS! And the girls at work give horrible advice about meeting new girls. That should be one perk of working with all chicks, that you can always get a female perspective on things. Well apparently I have the best female perspective of anyone.
Rahr United kick off our first game this Sunday. I'm sort of nervous. I'd like to win our division and get promoted to Premeir. But realistically our primary goal should be survival in the 1st division. I sort of let my team down last week, going on this wicked bender, where Monday and Wednesday were the only days I didn't go out. It was for a good cause. My buddy, Ryan, started student-teaching yesterday, so we had like, a week long funeral for him, with tons of alcohol. I've vowed to make it up to my team though. I'm eating right and working out for the rest of the season, so each game will be better than the last. (trying to keep a straight face)
