Yasu wants to take over the world. FACT.
Kanpani is a great series; of course, best part is I don't have to understand Japanese at all to enjoy it. The games are simple and easy to understand, plus their reactions to everything makes up for everything. Course, the first few episodes were kinda boring and I'm probably biased, but still.
In episode #19, they play this game that gives them a question, an answer 'A', the the members have to think of another answer 'B'. If three members choose A and three choose B, the person who wrote B wins.
Cue the moment when I first realized that I could come to really like Yasuda. A lot. Because clearly, he wants to conquer the world. What, proof?
So, Yasu wants to take over the world. In the bubbliest way possible, but still taking over the world.
He discovers Subaru, who's a brilliant strategist, and decides to befriend Subaru. Thankfully, Subaru doesn't mind what Yasu does as long as Yasu helps him ask the shop assistant to get clothings of his size.
On the other hand, Yoko's the evil(er) underground boss that prefers to stay under the radar, so he really likes that Yasu's the one that gets bombarded by the public. He might also sell bombs, or maybe he just likes blowing things up.
Hina would be all, is this going to make a profit? It is? I'M IN.
Ohkura would probably be like, huh, is there food? Oh, there is? Great. Um, conquering the world? Oh. Um, yeah, sure. Just let me figure out how to use a gun first.
Ryo can be the one that goes WTF, what are you guys all doing? And he has a whole bunch of friends from the 'other' side, so he has to hide from them, too. But he can't resist all his friends, so in the end he's like, fine, just let me notify my other friends. And I better get to shoot something, or else.
Conclusion: PLOTBUNNIES.

They've been doing this game for nearly two hours (and they didn't manage to clear all the members), so Yasu genuinely thinks there are members that would pick his answer.

Seriously, I don't get the other members reactions because I loved the answer. Like, more than cheese. And I thought at least Yoko or Ryo would pick Yasu's answer! They seem like the type. Strangely, though, that's not the case.
Subaru: How could you have such thoughts?

I didn't know Kanjani8 wanted world peace. Hmmmm. CONQUERING THE WORLD. Why doesn't anyone want it? Come ON. It'd be brilliant.
