Change comes and change goes
Some is hard and some just flows
It can bring you high's it can bring you lows
The path you walk is the path you chose
Time moves on and people leave
Going different place we could never believe
Showing us how we once were naive
Breaking it in, not letting us grieve
Some change instantly and then they are gone
Leaving the world they once knew, they are now withdrawn
Seeing things differently, not knowing whats going on
A dim light in there brains click, its a new dawn
Desperatly trying to express the words we once were
It all went by so fast the memories are now only a blur
The face I once knew made a complete transfer
Not realizing the sad truth of when it inevitably did occur
Sometimes I am suddenly reminded of our past
Not thinking in the beginning of how this wouldnt last

Silly me thinking that all this time I figured we would surpass
When I look into your eyes I cant see past your pain
