it's my gradual descent into a life i've never met
Antihistamines are quite the godsend. I was drowning in a sea of congestion last night/this morning and popped one of those in, and I'm pretty dried up now.
I have no idea what to eat for lunch though. Plus I have that sick "not that hungry" feeling. Blech. I need some soup but I don't have any.
So it's back to the grind again...I think I'm going to like my classes, but some of them are gonna be demanding as hell. I'm excited about taking a Lit class but there's [obviously] going to be loads of reading, which I will also have for History. But I'm taking US History one day a week so that will be splendid. My art classes seem cool, but as always I need to go shopping for them. Stamps are so unnecessarily expensive. Like a set of little stamps of the alphabet is around 20 bucks at Michael's. "Eff" that.
I hope I can get that dumb Geography lab because I don't want to have anything to do with earth science once I'm done with CSUN.
I can't believe how much it's raining over here. And with the combination of that and wind and coldness, no one is having any fun. My mom and I were talking and she said it was snowing near Castaic...which is about half an hour away from here. I would rather cold weather over hot, but we Californians don't have proper dress for it. Most of us don't really understand the concept of long underwear. Just sandals and boy shorts.
I'm going up to San Francisco/San Jose in about 2 weeks. It will be nice to get away for a bit.
