Yeah, eleganceliberty mentioned in a journal entry that OPPD's authorization-for-payment-whatever guy was on vacation right when we needed him. All weekend, just came back today and will resume work tomorrow. (which is Tuesday.) While I literally stumbled into the house of one of my mom's close friends (WHO HAS AN AIR-CONDITIONED HOUSE) so sick and disoriented she just looked at our family and knew we've been through hell.
And yep, I *knew* the AC would go out first heat wave of the year. Went up to 105-ish today and it's going to be even worse tomorrow. I COULD STAY IN THIS AIR-CONDITIONED BASEMENT ALL SUMMER. But I know--and I _pray_ it'll be tomorrow--we're getting our own back. With my panchira video waiting to be finished.
