Nothing is over
Well, it's finally over. One rollercoaster of a Digimon series later, and I'm just left twiddling my thumbs.
To tell the truth, I don't know whether to be happy or sad at the ending; I mean, it was happy enough, even if it didn't really end in the way that I wanted it to. It doesn't help also that I've been overemotional the past week and ready to cry at the drop of a hat, so Savers ending at a time like this was really hard on me. I've never, ever been so attatched to a Digimon series OR its characters, so even if you know it's going to end, knowing the end and having to face it is extremely hard.
Still... it seems open enough. At the very least I'd love one of those Drama CDs that came out around 2003 for the other four series to have one for Savers-- you know, to kinda flesh things out and make you realize that while it's over, there's still something there and everyone can still be together. (*cough*) But a sequel series would be really nice, too. (*nudge, nudge, toei*)
I just wonder what I'm going to do now. There isn't much out there that's gotten my attention, so...I guess the sky's the limit.
Funny, I can't help but have a touch of vertigo if you make a comparison like that.
