Carry that weight

Okay, so I had to sleep on my stress and anxiety last night about all of this Digimon, art class and school nonsense, and I can safely say again that prayer is a wonderful thing. The mother and I got into a tiff about school last night in our half-awake haze, and I went to bed in tears, begging for the grace to handle the next day of school (I mean, seeing as the first day wasn't very fun and the second day was better, but not by a ton). I end up going to school knowing that I'll have to do it whether I like it or not, and I end up having the best day so far. X3

What killed me Monday was Contour Drawings. I had a hard time grasping the concept and it left me drained and a bit flustered the rest of the day. Add to the fact that the next month or so of Digimon episodes are going to be huge plot-turners and we still have no idea if the magic 27 is Kudamon's debut fight, you can see that I'd have my shorts in quite the knot! Yet today, I somehow managed to get past what made me so nutty Monday about it and.. well..

I'm pretty happy to say that this picture is the one picture I'm the most proud of out of all of them. Sure, it's not perfect, but what picture truly is? (I mean, look at Michelangelo: his proportions are totally screwy, yet he's considered one of the greatest artists there is!)

I know a lot of you aren't spiritual people, and the very thought of anyone believing in any sort of God might make you gag in revulsion. But you can think whatever you like and I'll respect it; just know that I do believe that prayers are answered by someone up there, and that whatever sort of troubles you're going through, that someone will help you out, even if you don't think anything's happening.
