1. He has to write in order for his powers to work. I may later work up a rig so that he can do it by voice-to-text recording, but either way, he has to fit it into a narrative that makes sense. It can be super short, but it has to be a storyish thing.
2. He can't bring people back from the dead.
Stuff he CAN do... well, his ancestor, Drosselmyer, could turn normal animals into intelligent anthros and normal humans into the same, or into animals; Drosselmyer also put an entire town inside his own story/narrative and dragged a hueg demon raven into our reality; also made a 100% fictional person into a real person. Fakir isn't nearly so powerful yet, though he's got potential; he's also bound by his own honor and his fear of using those powers. Even with that, though, Drosselmyer's powers seemed only able to affect at most the area of a city.
Uhh, Fakir is very much afraid of using those powers for two reasons: 1. He accidentally killed his parents with them, 2. he really doesn't want to become like Drosselmyer, who he viewed as a monster.
