I don't really feel like being a teacher.
There. I said it.
Maybe sometime in the future I will feel better about teaching but right now I'm burnt out, disillusioned and cynical. I wouldn't be the best I could be.
I'll know on Monday or Tuesday if my plan to move to England will be in full swing or not. In any case, I'm glad I've had the opportunity to actually think about what I want to do, not just move along doing the things I am expected to do. Don't get me wrong, I'll get a teaching job and put 110% into if that's what it comes down to. But, I'd rather be in England.
