the atmosphere is a funny thing
that wraps its arms around the world
like you wrap your arms around me dearly
and we take a ride through a life
of these wonders that we sometimes
are so scared of, but the risks are there.
we love risks too and so this ride is very welcome.

these risks are what keep me alive.
each day i think of the new adventure,
of a daring escape from a houdini trap
and i giggle over possibilities
that are endless like us
in a world of other endless things.
how important we must feel.

and sometimes i don't feel important,
but other times i shine through
and other times i feel guilty,
but i don't know what to do
