I wish I had a theme in mind for this entry but I don't. I rarely do.
I've been missing people more recently. For the first few months I haven't really felt as if I've missed anyone. Everyone's always been so easy to reach: phone call, facebook message, whathaveyou. But lately I feel like when I have the urge to talk to someone from back home, it's been harder because of finals and everything. So it's times like these when my friends go to sleep at 1 after walking across campus to attend a party for 10 minutes full of B-DOCs (Big Dykes On Campus) and then tunnelling and exploring dorms that I really feel a need to talk to someone--preferably someone I've known for a while and share a history with. But who's around on a Friday night?

Tonight Katie Snow broke out her Hanukkah Day 3 gift from her mom and made us latkes and matzo soup. I brought over the pizza rolls I bought from Target last weekend and we had a semi-feast in the kitchen. Kate, Leah*, Chelsea, and Consuelo came up from the first floor bringing their bags and bags of snacks and we played Catchphrase for a good two hours.

*Leah lives on the first floor in possibly the tiniest forced double with Kate. They're both super messy and their room is kind of gross but we all tend to gravitate towards it. It makes no sense. Leah is an SB but not in the conventional way. She's rull awesome and has a lot of DVDs. She's hilarious--says the best things always. I don't know how to explain how funny she is. She's not like stand-up funny but more says-awkward/funny/weird-things-at-just-the-right-moment funny. Best part: Catchphrase was "Billboard" and I said, "It's a Mary Kate & Ashley movie BLANK DAD." She got it.

A few EWs back, they featured a viral videos section. This video was on it's rull weird but totally awesome. Or at least Alanis is awesome.

I don't want to take finals or write papers.
