I’ve done more for my social life in the week since school left out than the entirety of my junior year. How crazy. I:
-
- went to a party where we played duck-duck-goose and we paid tribute to John Koenig. Never again will that man offer me some images or give me gifts.
- played Battle of the Sexes with some graduated seniors I know remotely and realized I don’t know anything about either sex.
- made bitchin earrings that I’ve worn every day of this week.
- slept slept slept.
- had fun tenting and ignoring the World Cup. We pitched it bitchingly this time and it was pretty much awesome in camping form. But the ground hurt my back
- went to bed rull late each day and woke up at a decent hour most days.
- had dinner at Wing Wah for Lauren’s birthday and Chili’s to send off Katie Markle.
- hung out twice with some graduated seniors I do know well.
- went to Handel’s twice in a three-day span. (I had been maybe once or twice before). Once by the back of a pick-up truck, once by normal means of transportation.
- quote: Jesse? JESSE?! JESSE?!
- watched Harold and Maude and broke curfew by a lot.
- crashed a party at a fucking huge house and went swimming with some kids I don’t know well at all and had a rull awkward time.
- house hopped (only to one) and spent some time watching scandalous eps of Sex and the City.
- said goodbye to lots of people-some more than once-and received many hugs.
- went shopping by myself. I got free underwear from Vickie’s and spent 20$ on various things. Pretty good overall.
- went to the Wayne Wawa for the first time in my life.
- spent quite some time online having conversations, some that I enjoyed, and some not quite as much. Or at all.
- chilled at a pool with one of my girlies and got rull gross looking tan lines after just 1.5 hrs.
- saw some of my other girlies at their dance recital, lookin all skanky in their unitards and minidresses.
- was 10 ft away from hilaryclintonhilaryclintonhilaryclinton!!
- got a picture taken with Eddie Rendell, my homeboy.
- worked a total of 9 hrs in an 8-day time period. I guess they’re just weaning me off the schedule till I leave.
- made vague plans with ma mère concerning some college visits before I leave.
- had lots and LOTS of fun, and feel like it’s been summer for so long already.
I’ve got pictures of
J u n e up on Facebook.
If you wanna see me before I leave, make plans for this week-not weekend. My flight is on July 4th.
I am leaving the United States for a communist country on the 4th of July.
I’m tired. But I want this week to be as eventful as the last. Help me out?
